At our church we did tons of fun things this year but one of the things the kids participated in was the Nursing home Outreach. We had two groups of children, who each went to two different Nursing homes...4 total. It was a blast we did a short little play and sang a lot of songs. Grace had a solo and did awesome! All the kids did great. We had a blast. The residents of the homes were very happy with our performance and loved having the kids there. The kids handed out homemade ornaments to the residents who totally loved the attention and the gift.
Afterwards they were treated to candy canes and juice and cookies. God definatly blessed us all with safe journeys and for introducing us to our new friends...Can't wait to do it next year!
